1. attendence to the london workshop:
Segmented magnetic detector Anselmo Cervera, Leslie Camillieri
Water Cherenkov: Mauro Mezzetto
Larg group: Andreas Badertscher, Scott Menary,  Antonio Bueno from
Granada , Anselmo xxx(I did not cacth the name)  from ETHZ
Near detector A Blondel
Emulsion detector: Pasquale is searching someone. If not will be happy
to connect by phone or VRVS

we expect to give a series of relatively brief presentations of the
detectors in question describing the main properties of the detector and
how they could be implemented. There was a useful exchange of e-mails
with Patrick huber on how to treat the detector data everyone on this
list was in copy

2. status of working groups.
Water Cherenkov: JECampagne has liaised with US (CKYung) and Japan
(Kajita). Will be preparing a 2-3 pages status report for circulation
Liquid argon -- still in process to establish mailing list.  Meeting in
London will be a good opportunity to meet in person and get going.
Emulsion: about 15 members from OPERA mostly. simulations starting.
Near detector: web site and mailing list 'almost ready'
Magnetic segmented detector (update missing)


3. it is suggested to begin soon regular ISS detector video conferences
(Skype phone with exchange of documents on the web) need a headset and
microphone, and connect to  www.skype.com first suggested date 6
december 2005 14:00 GMT
